Key word here being FAT! Man, I feel so gross right now!! I feel FAT, I feel gross and I need to be held accountable. I didn't lose or gain, but nonetheless, I feel BLAH! I feel like I could've tried SO MUCH harder and done SO MUCH BETTER!
I'm so glad that we have this Hot for the Holidays though. It's seriously helping me to re-evaluate and re-gain my focus and motivation!
I WILL lose this week and it's gonna be an AWESOME loss! I'll be a major contributor to this 500 lb weight loss goal. I'll not feel blah, but feel motivated and inspired!
I'm excited for the week to come and SUPER excited to get around to all your blogs and read about your weeks, whether you lost or gained or stayed the same. It's hearing your story of weight loss and the struggles/triumphs and everything in between that keeps me going!

Stick to it as much as you can. I am trying to eat out less and exercise more. Those are my big things. Another thing that helped me this week was watching The Biggest Loser on NBC. I've never watched it before but it was motivating.

I know what you mean about feeling fat though. I am still trying to lose weight after having my baby (he's six months now). It is SO hard sometimes!
I sooo felt like that on Thursday (on vacation with my best friend) and so did she. We laced up and got moving, walked and did some weights and man! We both felt GREAT!!! Sometimes all you need to do to feel better about yourself is to get moving, even if it isn't for a full workout or anything like that. And awesome, you have such a great attitude!!! You're doing great already -- congrats on the no loss no gain this week! Cheers to a great week next week!
don't worry I know that you'll be so pumped this week that you'll get tons of working out and healthy eating in!!!
Oh and I have to say I love your motivation at the top of your blog!! That is way awesome, I'd love to have something like that so I could see how different I would look if I lost these 40 pounds.
